As part of SHRM MENA 2023 events, RAK Department of Human Resources announced the success of the PMQ Program in cooperation with SHRM and celebrated the graduation of 35 employees from the program as the first batch of graduates in the UAE, and the second batch is now underway to reach a target of 80 supervisors which is the highest number nationwide.
